Meet the founders.

Isaiah is the one behind the bar. He's got the big beard, plenty of tattoos, and somehow he's always the friendliest guy in the room. He has spent more than two decades in food and beverage service and seems to make a new friend every shift. John keeps the business side in order and keeps us both out of trouble. After twelve years in corporate America, he brings a different point of view to running a small business. Between the two of us, we have one goal: making sure every event we work goes off without a hitch.

We learned what that takes side by side. Over the years we worked together in restaurants, diners, and pubs across Lancaster County, covering just about every job in the building and finding a way to have fun in every one of them. That's where we figured out that a great night isn't really about the drinks. It's about the people serving them.

Happy and content, we both wanted something more, something we could build alongside our families instead of around them. The mobile bar idea we'd kicked around for years suddenly felt real. Then Isaiah settled it: "We're doing this. Let's get moving." John dove into the licensing and paperwork, Isaiah lined up the bar setup and the gear, and in April 2026, Founders & Fathers Mobile Bar Services was born.

The name says it all. We're the founders, and we're fathers to four kids between us, which turns out to be solid training for staying calm in a loud, crowded room. Those kids are the reason we're building something meant to last.

Founders & Fathers is a mobile bar service. Our clients provide the alcohol, and we bring everything else: the handcrafted bar, professional bartenders, mixers, ice, garnishes and a custom drink menu. We treat every event like our own family's celebration. We show up prepared, take care of the details and make every guest feel welcome. And we're just getting started, with our custom mobile bar trailer rolling out in spring 2027.
