PLAN THE DETAILS

A thoughtful bar for
your company gathering.

Plan service around the guest list, venue, and schedule so the bar fits naturally into your event.

Choose the format for your venue

Use Bartender Service when your event venue already has the bar setup. The Founders Bar brings our signature portable bar; the F&F Trailer Experience brings our mobile bar trailer. Share the space and access details so we can confirm the fit.

Match the menu to the occasion

Beer, wine, and cocktail service are available. The Founders Bar and Trailer Experience include up to two signature cocktails and a custom drink menu. We provide an alcohol shopping list so your event team can plan what to purchase.

Plan guest count and service time

Share your expected attendance and the hours you want service. The menu recommends one bartender for up to 50 guests and two for 51–100; larger-event staffing is customized. Additional bartenders and service hours are available.
